Olympic Lifting Workshops
Are you new to Olympic Weightlifting or have been itching to give it a try but don’t know where to begin or just want to improve your technique?
This workshop is for you, limited to 6 people per workshop. If you are a beginner, it will offer you some new progression or if you are interested in adding these lifts to your clients it is a good starting point to help build your own understanding and confidence.
This course is for anyone who wants to learn about the Olympic Weightlifting movements.
In the workshop, you go through the techniques of weightlifting (Clean, Snatch and variations of these lifts) and how to lift correctly, safely and efficiently.
Ideally, this is for qualified fitness individuals but will happily take individuals on who wish to be in an environment of learning specifically about these lifts (note this is not an advanced course and movement is key, not lifting heavy weights).
Once you have completed the workshop you will be offered a special rate of 1-2-1 to help observe your lifting and set you a goal to work towards and return in 6 weeks to maximise the course.
