Description

This Instructing Kettlebell course will develop you and your clients to a competent and confident level. To plan and instruct Kettlebell sessions in groups or 1-2-1. You will gain knowledge to broaden your skills and add variation to your PT client’s workouts.

Probably one of the most underrated pieces of equipment to build strength, speed, mobility, coordination, and more. Travelling to clients’ homes for 1-2-1 sessions, maybe be heavy, but takes up a small amount of space. Group training, can be used for many different exercises and mixed with a variety of weights you can occupy and build advanced exercises to keep individuals or groups entertained for long periods of time. Functional movements, the ability to get the body moving correctly, and many different movement patterns.

Course Duration

The course is 1 day, which provides you with the knowledge to lead your own Kettlebell Sessions in groups or one-to-one.

Course Requirements

You must be 18+ years of age, writing and numeracy skills are required for the presentation of the course work. Applicants must have a Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification or higher before booking. Optional units can be completed before the course if you have no pre-requisite qualifications.

The course will require physical exertion and individual participation is essential. A degree of fitness is necessary.
